Evaluations

Your feedback is used to inform our continual efforts to put together well-organized conferences with high quality and relevant sessions.

Overall Evaluation: Click here to complete an Overall Conference Evaluation
The Overall Evaluation also includes the opportunity for you to rate your Program Area Meeting.

Session Evaluations: Keynotes, Large Group Panels, Small Breakout Sessions, & Discussion Roundtables may be completed via the conference app.

Instructions:

Session evaluations are housed inside the conference app (available on any computer by clicking here).

To complete an evaluation, go to the session’s page, and click the “Rate Session” button.

There are many ways you can find a session for which you want to submit an evaluation, based off the information you have. These are listed below for your convenience.

If you know the title of the session:

  1. Click the “Program” icon.
  2. Enter the title (or part therefore) into the Search bar at the top of the screen.

If you know the name of the speaker of the session:

  1. Click the “Speaker” icon.
  2. Enter the speaker’s name into the search bar, or browse by the first letter of the speaker’s last name.
  3. Click on the speaker’s name.
  4. Click on the title of the session you attended (if you are unsure, you may click on the title to read more about the session).

If you remember when the session was held, but don’t remember title:

  1. Click the “Program” icon.
  2. Click “Browse by Day” to navigate to date/time of the session and browse session titles and information.

If you know the type of session (Large Group Panel, Keynote or Breakout) and the main audience type of the session:

  1. Click the “Program” icon.
  2. Underneath “Browse by Track”, click on what type of session you are looking for.
  3. Click the main audience type, and browse all the sessions (note: these will be broken down into what date the session was held as well).
